Confidentiality is central to our work. Information you share with JDR PI is kept confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your direction, except as required by law. We do not publish a public telephone number. Inquiries submitted through the consultation form are returned by phone from a private line.

When you submit the consultation form, you provide the details you choose to enter, including the service you are interested in, a brief description, your contact details, and your preferences for how we may reach you. We use this information solely to conduct a confidential consultation and, if you engage us, to perform the investigation you request.

Please do not include sensitive records, documents, or private communications in the consultation form. We will request any details we need securely after our first conversation.

Information related to an engagement is retained only as long as necessary for the matter and as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. We do not sell or rent your information.

Submitting the consultation form is a request for a confidential consultation. It does not create a client relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any obligation to engage our services. A formal engagement begins only when you approve a written scope and budget.

Idaho has no statewide license requirement for private investigators. JDR PIoperates within all applicable federal, Idaho, and local laws.

All work follows federal and Idaho law. We do not place tracking devices on vehicles the client does not own, access phones, email, or social media accounts, record conversations we are not part of, or enter private property. We do not track a phone, read someone's messages, or obtain information through unlawful pretext. We obtain information only through lawful observation and publicly available sources.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. We report what we find, whether it confirms or refutes your suspicion. We do not manufacture findings, and we do not provide legal advice. How findings apply to your situation is a question for you and, where appropriate, your attorney.

Every matter is different. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation of a past result or a guarantee of a future one.
